NCIS star Pauley Perrette’s Real-Life Romance: Is She Married?

NCIS fans who enjoy the hit show may be curious about the stars’ personal lives outside of the show. Is Pauley Perrette, the actress who plays Abby Sciuto, in a relationship?

NCIS fans adored Pauley Perrette’s portrayal of forensic scientist Abby Sciuto in the hit cr1me series until her departure in season 15. Some fans, however, may be interested in what the star has been up to since, as well as what she has shared with her followers about her personal life.

Is Pauley Perrette, the star of NCIS, married?

While Abby Sciuto’s personal life on the show remained a mystery, fans will recall she was involved in a few major romances.

One of the most notable was her character’s romance with special agent Timothy McGee (Sean Murray).

Viewers will recall her admitting in season one that the pair were in a casual relationship.

This did not last and ended later in the early series, but it did not stop the pair from being envious of each other’s partners during the first few seasons of the show.

The star shared her life with her followers on Twitter

Perrette’s personal life is also shrouded in mystery, much like her character.

This is due to the fact that the star spends most of her time away from the spotlight, instead focusing on her charitable work on social media.

However, in the early 2000s, she married Coyote Shivers, a Canadian actor and musician.

The couple married in 2000, but separated four years later, with their divorce finalized in 2006.

Perrette later dated cameraman Michael Bosman for four years before getting married.

Although they were not married, they openly stated their desire to wait until marriage was legal for all sexual orientations in the United States.

Perrette revealed on Entertainment Tonight that they had instead exchanged vows in front of family and friends.

In addition, instead of giving gifts at the ceremony, the couple asked their guests to donate to a number of charities.

“We just kind of wanted it to be about an ideology of everybody and generosity and community,” she said on the show.

However, the couple divorced in 2008, but the star did not reveal why.

Then, in December 2011, Perrette announced her engagement to Thomas Arklie, a former British Royal Marine.

She told her Twitter followers yet again that she would not marry until Proposition 8, which prohibits same-sex marriage, was repealed.

The relationship, however, did not appear to work out, as Perrette keeps her fans updated on her love life via Twitter.

She revealed to her fans in 2019 why she had chosen to remain single for the time being.

On July 27, 2019, she tweeted about meeting a young firefighter, saying, “I’m no one’s girlfriend.” I’m a one-man show, but WHOA! Instagram adoration! Crazy!”

For fans of the actress who want to see more of her, she recently appeared in the CBS sitcom Broke.

While the show was canceled after its first season, it was Perrette’s first major television appearance after NCIS.
